1. WHO WE ARE
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of innerhealingexperience.com and the purchase of Inner Healing & Alignment Sessions offered by Natasha Jones Coaching & Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Virginia, United States. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. WHO THIS IS FOR
This website and its services are intended for consumers only — individual adults seeking personal healing experiences. This is not a business-to-business service. Users must be 18 years of age or older to book a session. By booking, you confirm that you are an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. NOT THERAPY — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
The Inner Healing & Alignment Session is not therapy, counseling, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. It does not constitute a therapeutic relationship, a clinical relationship, or a patient-provider relationship of any kind. No diagnosis will be made. No treatment plan will be provided. No insurance billing will occur.
This service is a structured healing experience offered by a trained practitioner. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, active psychosis, or have been hospitalized for psychiatric reasons within the past 90 days, this service is not appropriate for you at this time.
4. THE SERVICE
The Inner Healing & Alignment Session is a one-on-one online healing experience conducted via Zoom. Each session is approximately 60-90 minutes in length and focuses on one specific traumatic memory. The service includes:
- A focused intake to identify the memory to be worked with
- A full Inner Healing & Alignment Session
- Grounded closure at the end of the session
- Aftercare instructions following the session
- A personal follow-up email check-in
Sessions are conducted online only. A stable internet connection and access to Zoom are required.
5. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Sessions are booked through TidyCal at innerhealingexperience.com. Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation and intake form will be sent to the email address provided.
Current session investment: $175 (beta pricing). Full price: $350.
All bookings require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session will not be rescheduled. Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
For EU and UK consumers: In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase. However, by booking and consenting to the session beginning, you acknowledge and agree that once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
For Brazilian consumers: In accordance with Brazilian consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of the service beginning. Once the service has been fully performed with your prior consent, the right of cancellation no longer applies.
7. INTAKE FORM
Following booking confirmation, you will receive an intake form via email. Completion of this intake form is required prior to your session. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a session if the intake form has not been completed or if the responses indicate the service is not appropriate for you at this time.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
By using this website and booking a session, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with their intended use. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, health status, or intentions when booking. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services with 30 days notice where reasonably practicable.
9. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY
For US users: This service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any session. Individual experiences vary. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natasha Jones Coaching & Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
For EU and UK users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or UK law. Our liability for defective services is governed by applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
For Australian users: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
No employment, agency, or partnership relationship is created between you and Natasha Jones Coaching & Consulting, LLC by virtue of these Terms or your use of our services.
10. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at innerhealingexperience.com, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this website and booking a session, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are committed to resolving any concerns amicably. If you have a dispute, please contact us first at natasha@natashajonesconsulting.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the American Arbitration Association at www.adr.org.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For EU, UK, Swiss, Norwegian, and Icelandic consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence or to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For Brazilian consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under Brazilian consumer protection law.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or by posting notice on this website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For French consumers: You will be notified one month prior to any changes becoming effective and retain the right to terminate within 4 months of the changes taking effect.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
